Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to enquiries, introductions, proposals, and preliminary discussions directed to RSR Investment ("RSR", "we", "us"), whether through this website, by email, or otherwise.

If you and RSR sign an agreement, the signed agreement prevails over these conditions to the extent they differ.

RSR is a private investment company. Nothing on this website, and nothing in our correspondence with you, is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or financial product, or an invitation to place funds with RSR, in any jurisdiction.

Correspondence or discussion with RSR does not create an advisory, fiduciary, agency, or client relationship of any kind. Each party acts for its own account and takes its own advice.

We read serious proposals with care. By submitting an unsolicited proposal you accept that:

• RSR owes you no obligation, financial or otherwise, by reason of receiving it;
• RSR may already hold, or may later evaluate, positions or opportunities similar to yours;
• no confidentiality applies to the material unless we have agreed to it in writing beforehand; and
• you should not send sensitive information before a confidentiality agreement is in place.

We treat serious correspondence with discretion as a matter of practice. A binding obligation of confidentiality, on either side, arises only from a written agreement signed by both parties.

Any prospective transaction or partnership is subject to RSR’s due diligence and to the verification, anti-money-laundering, and know-your-customer checks required under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. We may decline to proceed at any stage if these requirements are not met to our satisfaction.

Discussions, term sheets, letters of intent, and drafts do not bind RSR unless and until a definitive written agreement is executed by an authorised signatory of RSR, and then only as written.

Either party may end discussions at any time before that point, without liability to the other.

No fee, commission, brokerage, or other compensation is payable by RSR in connection with an introduction or proposal unless RSR has agreed to it in writing before the relevant introduction is made.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide to RSR is accurate, complete, and lawfully shared. We rely on it in deciding whether and how to proceed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RSR accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on preliminary discussions or correspondence that has not been reduced to a signed agreement.

Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may amend these conditions from time to time. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of this page. The version published at the time of your correspondence is the version that applies to it.

These conditions, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The courts of Abu Dhabi have exclusive jurisdiction.
